Lunch time was not a moment for the employees to spend time and they would prefer to stay in small groups and in quiet place<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">s. In the south of Paris, the Saclay cluster campus responded to the challenge and invested in bringing people together with the so called <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>mixed dating restaurant<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">. \u201cLooking for a job?\u201d, \u201cwhat\u2019s new at your place?\u201d, \u201cMeet the newcomers\u201d and<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> even \u201cb<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">oy meets girl\u201d are just a few of the thematic events permanently hosted at the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>mixed dating restaurant. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">In this restaurant people can mingle<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">during lunch and dinner while tasting the campus suggestions of French experimental cuisine. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">How? <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The rules are simple. The colors of the chairs are used to define the different identities based on the theme of the day. Pick up your chair and place it among different colors. Students, employees and residents of the cluster can participate by following the newsletter of the mixed-dating restaurant association, coming out every Sunday and get the chance to potentially find jobs, relationships and learn the latest news in Saclay campus innovation. Lunch time is never the same at the Saclay campus. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The social role of the restaurant was the element that in the end guaranteed its success as it was widely frequented by people with limited amount of leisure time. Even more, it must be noted that many couples met in the mixed dating restaurant ended living happily ever after.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8212;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em><strong>Le Resto \u00e0 Rencontres&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/43455802?color=ffffff\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"650\" height=\"355\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>La mise en place d\u2019un restaurant d\u2019entreprises mutualis\u00e9 paraissait impossible en 2012. Le temps de l\u2019heure du d\u00e9jeuner \u00e9tait compt\u00e9, et les employ\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient rester en petits groupes dans des endroits calmes. Dans ces conditions, ils n\u2019auraient jamais la chance de faire d\u2019autres connaissances. Dans le sud de Paris, le campus de Sacla<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>y a<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em> relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi et a propos\u00e9 le rassemblement des gens avec le <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>\u201cResto \u00e0 Rencontres\u201d<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>. \u201cVous cherchez un emploi?\u201d, \u201cQuoi de neuf chez vous?\u201d, \u201cRencontrez les nouveaux arrivants<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>&#8221; e<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>t m\u00eame &#8220;<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>Boys meet girls<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>\u201d ne sont que quelques-uns des \u00e9v\u00e9nements th\u00e9matiques accueillis en permanence au <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>Resto \u00e0 Rencontres<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>. <\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>Dans ce restaurant, on peut se m\u00e9langer au cours du d\u00e9jeuner tout en d\u00e9gustant les suggestions de la cuisine fran\u00e7aise exp\u00e9rimentale du campus. Comment ? Les r\u00e8gles sont simples. Les couleurs des chaises sont utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9finir les diff\u00e9rentes identit\u00e9s bas\u00e9es sur le th\u00e8me de la journ\u00e9e. Choisissez votre chaise et plac<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>ez-la en<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>tre les diff\u00e9rentes couleurs. Les \u00e9tudiants, les employ\u00e9s et les r\u00e9sidents du campus peuvent participer en suivant l\u2019actualit\u00e9 de l\u2019association du <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>Resto \u00e0 Rencontres<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>, qui sort tous les dimanches. Ils auront peut-\u00eatre la chance de trouver un emploi, de faire des rencontres, relations et<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em> d&#8217;a<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>pprendre les derni\u00e8res nouvelles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation du campus de Saclay.
