Paris-Saclay\u2019s campus engineers wouldn\u2019t agree at all, as every month they can enjoy a new type of afterwork, in which they meet each other, also with their families.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The initiative was launched 10 years ago, after a couple of company associations noticed all those people were working close from each other on the same campus, even having lunch in the same intercompany restaurants, witho<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">ut never really meeting<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Now, once a month, everybody is invited to an afterwork party, each time in a different company building of the campus. What they call an \u201cOral Tweet Confrontation\u201d is organized, each time on a different subject : anybody from the campus can come and have one minute to express himself about the subject, with the format he wants. \u201cFollowers\u201d come more or less numerous according to the topic of the confrontation, which can go from \u201cThe deliberative process in scientific researches\u201d to \u201cSee the campus from young child eyes\u201d.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Time to time, some students also come, as the show apparently worth it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">The first positive consequence is to bring more familiarity to the places and between people from different companies. The second one, which is not less important, is to allow families to know the professional part of life of the parents, which strengthens links between all family members.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">A theme linked to actuality of the campus or the world is decided for each party, which reminds workers of their old students life.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>&#8212;<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><strong>Un nouveau type d\u2019afterwork<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/43450117?color=ffffff\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"650\" height=\"355\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>Travailler pour une des entreprises les plus innovantes signifie-t-til que l\u2019on ne peut plus \u00eatre f\u00eatard\u00a0? Les ing\u00e9nieurs du campus de Paris-Saclay n\u2019approuveraient pas du tout, puisque chaque mois ils participent \u00e0 un nouveau type d\u2019afterwork, dans lequel ils se rencontrent, ainsi que leurs familles respectives.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>L\u2019initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e il y a 10 ans, apr\u00e8s que quelques comit\u00e9s d\u2019entreprises aient remarqu\u00e9 que toutes ces personnes travaillaient les unes \u00e0 cot\u00e9 des autres, sur le m\u00eame campus, prenant parfois m\u00eame leurs repas dans les m\u00eames restaurants inter-entreprise, sans jamais se rencontrer <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>vraiment<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>D\u00e9sormais, une fois par mois, tout le monde est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 une f\u00eate apr\u00e8s le travail, \u00e0 chaque fois dans un b\u00e2time<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>nt diff\u00e9rent du <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>campus. Ce que les participants appellent une \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Oral Tweet Confrontation<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>\u00a0\u00bb est organis\u00e9e, \u00e0 chaque fois sur un sujet diff\u00e9rent\u00a0: toute personne appartenant au campus peut s\u2019exprimer sur le sujet, sous la forme qu\u2019il d\u00e9sire. Les \u00ab\u00a0Suiveurs\u00a0\u00bb viennent plus ou moins nombreux en fonction du th\u00e8me de la confrontation, qui peut aller du \u00ab\u00a0Processus d\u00e9lib\u00e9ratif dans les recherches scientifiques\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Voir le campus comme un jeune enfant\u00a0\u00bb. De temps en temps, quelques \u00e9tudiants se joignent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, puisqu\u2019il vaut apparemment le coup.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>La premi\u00e8re cons\u00e9quence positive est de procurer plus de familiarit\u00e9 aux lieux et entre les employ\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes entreprises. La seconde, qui n\u2019est pas moins importante, est de permettre aux familles de conna\u00eetre la partie professionnelle de la vie des parents, ce qui renforce les liens entre tous les membres de la famille.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><em>Un th\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019actualit\u00e9 du campus ou du monde est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque f\u00eate, ce qui rappelle aux individus pr\u00e9sent leurs anciennes vies d\u2019\u00e9tudiants.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Does being part of the greatest innovation companies mean you cannot be a party animal\u00a0?
