The team meeting was composed of 3 JRC members, Tine, Daniel and Emanuele as well as 3 designers from SDS, Fran\u00e7ois, Christophe and Emma.<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of this first\u00a0framing discussion was to elaborate the main steps of the &#8220;onsite sessions&#8221; as well as drawing a first draft of the stakeholders map.<\/p>\n<p>We also reminded everyone that\u00a0this pilot\u00a0was composed of 2 parallel and simultaneous activities :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the exploration of the topic of &#8220;social change in an hyperconnected era&#8221; which is somehow the &#8220;pretext&#8221; to develop the lab but at the same time appears as a crucial subject to investigate for the JRC \u2013 it has been also reminded that this topic should not be considered as a &#8220;foresight study&#8221;\u00a0only, but rather as a topic to investigate in wider and more open ways&#8230; (that can lead to behaviourial considerations, experential tests, prototyping exercises&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; the creation\u00a0and implementation of a policy lab within the JRC (meaning both physically and in terms of tools, lab approach, methodology,
