Situ\u00e9s entre secteurs d’activit\u00e9s et d’habitats, des parkings silos sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre partag\u00e9s entre habitants et entreprises. Ils accueillent en rez-de chauss\u00e9e des espaces de commerces, notamment des services \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9. Sur l’Union, le droit de stationnement n’est pas\u00a0 fixe. Il est augment\u00e9 pour les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es durant la phase de gestion transitoire du site, mais il sera r\u00e9duit au fil des ans, lorsque l\u2019offre de transport en commun sera optimale.
