About 20 organic producers from the urban area will provide various organic foods every Wednesday afternoon. For about one year, the street market department of the municipality has been consulting professional organizations of producers, retailers of the area, and citizens. The synergy created results with a new offer adjusted to the existing commercial environnment. This is another step to help matching offer and demand of sustainable food.<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Un 5<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> march\u00e9 Bio fleurit \u00e0 Lyon<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au printemps prochain, la Ville de Lyon s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 inaugurer son 5\u00e8me march\u00e9 Bio dans le quartier de Monplaisir (8\u00e8me arrondissement). R\u00e9sultat d\u2019un travail d\u2019analyse et de concertation avec les professionnels, ce nouveau march\u00e9 vient renforcer l\u2019offre commerciale du secteur. Cerise (bio) sur le g\u00e2teau, il se tiendra en fin de journ\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de la population sur ce cr\u00e9neau horaire.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boulangers, bouchers, maraichers, ce sont 20 commer\u00e7ants ou producteurs bio qui vont s\u2019installer d\u00e8s le printemps sur la Place Courtois, dans le quartier de Monplaisir (8\u00e8me). L\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur les fili\u00e8res courtes et la plupart travaillent \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration lyonnaise. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par le service des march\u00e9s de la Ville de Lyon apr\u00e8s un travail concert\u00e9 avec l\u2019ARDAB (association R\u00e9gionale pour le D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Agriculture Biologique).<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Une large concertation<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une ann\u00e9e de travail aura \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour aboutir \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un march\u00e9 adapt\u00e9, dans le respect des activit\u00e9s existantes. Il \u00e9tait important de calibrer cette nouvelle offre en fonction du potentiel commercial et de la demande des habitants du quartier. Les services de la Ville ont donc consult\u00e9 les repr\u00e9sentants du march\u00e9 traditionnel qui se tient 3 matins par semaines, ainsi que les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019association des commer\u00e7ants s\u00e9dentaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce nouveau march\u00e9 Bio est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une belle synergie entre les partenaires. Il aura pour vocation de compl\u00e9ter la richesse commerciale du quartier et de soutenir les efforts en faveur d\u2019une alimentation durable pour les lyonnais.
