Comment renouveler les formes d\u2019implication des citoyens, regarder avec attention les usages des territoires et rendre lisible et efficiente la planification strat\u00e9gique en mobilisant \u00e9lus, agents, acteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques et citoyens autour de la formulation de visions communes&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Service planification urbaine de la M\u00e9tropole Europ\u00e9enne de Lille accompagn\u00e9 par le bureau d\u2019urbanistes&nbsp;<em>Attitudes Urbaines<\/em>, les facilitateurs en design&nbsp;<em>Atypie<\/em> et en visualisation graphique&nbsp;<em>Giboul\u00e9e<\/em> ont imagin\u00e9 une d\u00e9marche \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute d\u2019un grand territoire&nbsp;: organiser des ateliers de co-construction&nbsp;; r\u00e9unir des gens d\u2019horizons tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents&nbsp;; imaginer des solutions&nbsp;; maquetter et cartographier&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La planification strat\u00e9gique par le bas&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le territoire des Bords de De\u00fble pr\u00e9sente, du fait de ses caract\u00e9ristiques intrins\u00e8ques, un potentiel majeur pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des m\u00e9tropolitains et participer \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la M\u00e9tropole Europ\u00e9enne de Lille. Il s\u2019y concentre de nombreux enjeux sociaux, environnementaux, \u00e9conomiques&#8230; qui interpellent les \u00e9volutions des modes de vivre et de faire la ville demain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche entreprise a pour objectif de d\u00e9finir une vision partag\u00e9e et trouver des solutions construites entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes de ce territoire, qu\u2019elles soient issues des mondes associatifs, \u00e9conomiques, institutionnels, \u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette volont\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9hender diff\u00e9remment les politiques publiques d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire exp\u00e9rimente une approche par le bas, par les usages de la planification strat\u00e9gique&nbsp;: habiter, se d\u00e9placer, travailler, pratiquer ses
