Pour ce faire, elle se doit de r\u00e9interroger ses pratiques, notamment en ce qui concerne les processus de construction des projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagements urbains. C\u2019est dans une logique de design des politiques publiques, participatif et multi-acteurs que la commune de B\u00e9thune accompagn\u00e9e de l\u2019agence de design&nbsp;<em>Espaces Compris<\/em>, a choisi d\u2019explorer cette question, par un travail collaboratif avec les parties prenantes en l\u2019appliquant \u00e0 la rue du Pot d\u2019\u00c9tain et la rue Aristide Briand, deux rues de son centre-ville.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vers un renouvellement de l\u2019action publique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tapes du projet illustrent les premiers pas de la transformation de l\u2019action publique&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Occuper le terrain pour observer le fonctionnement urbain et social des deux rues, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute du ressenti des usagers et de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit des commer\u00e7ants.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Susciter un atelier strat\u00e9gique avec les \u00e9lus et les services pour ajuster le cadre du travail collaboratif, assurer la bonne coordination entre la d\u00e9marche et la strat\u00e9gie de revitalisation du centre-ville et d\u00e9passer les postures tranch\u00e9es et contradictoires des acteurs.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Organiser un atelier d\u2019id\u00e9ation et de maquettage avec les commer\u00e7ants, les services et les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes des deux rues pour construire plusieurs orientations de projet et trouver un consensus entre eux.&nbsp;<\/li><li>R\u00e9diger une note d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision argument\u00e9e et illustr\u00e9e par les travaux collectifs, remise aux \u00e9lu.e.s qui pourront se positionner sur les orientations qui \u00e9mergent et ainsi fixer le cap op\u00e9rationnel des projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagement.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
