La direction Habitat de la M\u00e9tropole Europ\u00e9enne de Lille engage une approche de design de service pour \u00e0 la fois mieux appr\u00e9hender les profils et attentes des m\u00e9nages modestes et interm\u00e9diaires et d\u00e9velopper des solutions d\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019accession abordable. Le labo d\u2019innovation public\u00a0<em>Strategic Design Scenarios<\/em> Bruxelles et son partenaire lillois\u00a0<em>Rives Nord<\/em> organisent un processus de co-construction avec les acteurs professionnels priv\u00e9s, publics et associatifs\u00a0; \u00e9coutent les m\u00e9nages et recueillent leurs histoires\u00a0; d\u00e9veloppent les id\u00e9es \u00e9mergentes\u00a0et les exp\u00e9rimentent&#8230;\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience des usagers au service des usagers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une batterie de produits et services sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s\u00a0: des familles racontent des\u00a0<em>Parcours d\u2019achat remarquables<\/em> \u00e0 travers des micro-reportages vid\u00e9o et montrent aux futurs acqu\u00e9reurs que l\u2019achat d\u2019un logement a chang\u00e9\u00a0: nouvelles mani\u00e8res d\u2019habiter, profils de foyers atypiques et nouveaux produits d\u2019accession.
