La Ville de Lille s\u2019est empar\u00e9e du sujet en associant le collectif \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019appel \u00e0 projet, depuis la r\u00e9daction du cahier des charges jusqu\u2019au choix de l\u2019op\u00e9rateur immobilier,&nbsp;&nbsp;le bailleur social 3F Nord-Artois. S\u00e9lection de l\u2019architecte et du paysagiste, r\u00e9flexion autour des services et des espaces partag\u00e9s, choix du nom, etc. : chaque habitant a eu son mot \u00e0 dire. Il doit \u00eatre engag\u00e9 dans le projet pour que celui-ci \u00e9volue sans entraves. Seuls les sheds, fa\u00e7ades en briques en dents de scie t\u00e9moins du pass\u00e9 industriel, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conserv\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le lien social avant la construction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La programmation participative se poursuit afin de cr\u00e9er un lieu de vie, initiateur de lien social et d\u2019initiatives collectives. Cela s\u2019illustre par un programme de gestion transitoire, inaugur\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e par le collage, sur les murs de sheds, de portraits g\u00e9ants d\u2019habitant.e.s, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par le photographe Marc Mounier-Kuhn.
