La Madeleine rach\u00e8te en 2010 ce patrimoine industriel au groupe&nbsp;<em>Carrefour<\/em>mais il est en tr\u00e8s mauvais \u00e9tat. M\u00eame si ce b\u00e2timent \u00ab&nbsp;<em>transpire l\u2019histoire de la Madeleine<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb selon S\u00e9bastien Lepr\u00eatre, la question se pose&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Doit-on converser ou d\u00e9molir ce patrimoine&nbsp;?<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"717\" height=\"174\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/files\/2020\/08\/VERDI-POC-ville-collaborative3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3800\" class=\"wp-image-3800\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/files\/2020\/08\/VERDI-POC-ville-collaborative3.jpg 717w, http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/files\/2020\/08\/VERDI-POC-ville-collaborative3-300x73.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 717px) 100vw, 717px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une d\u00e9cision collaborative<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chaufferie Huet c\u2019est avant tout une d\u00e9cision, prise de mani\u00e8re collaborative, de transformer cet ancien site oubli\u00e9 en salle d\u2019Art, de Culture et de Spectacle pour devenir ainsi un des piliers du Savoir et de la Connaissance \u00e0 la Madeleine.&nbsp;En effet, en 2012, plusieurs \u00e9changes ont lieu entre habitants, \u00e9lus, associations, personnes qualifi\u00e9es regroup\u00e9s en une commission extra-municipale de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 se positionner sur ce projet structurant et d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral communal. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, pour faire suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de conserver cet \u00e9difice,&nbsp;<em>Verdi<\/em>accompagne La Madeleine dans la d\u00e9finition de ses besoins et exigences n\u00e9cessaires pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du programme et en vue du futur concours d\u2019architecture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co-cr\u00e9er l\u2019avenir de la Chaufferie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chaufferie Huet a marqu\u00e9 en son temps la vie du quartier de Berkem. L\u2019association&nbsp;<em>Berkem Label<\/em> et l\u2019association le Non-Lieu, ont souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 travers des ateliers r\u00e9activer la m\u00e9moire de cette usine en friche, pour la faire vivre au pr\u00e9sent et penser son avenir. Dans le cadre de ses \u00e9tudes,&nbsp;<em>Verdi<\/em>prend alors connaissance des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9changes portant sur la conservation ou non de ce patrimo\u00adine. Ces t\u00e9moignages divers &#8211; repr\u00e9sentants des associations de riverains et designers, experts de la construction, riverains, futurs usagers, M. le Maire et&nbsp;<em>Verdi programmiste<\/em>\u2013 expriment le devenir de ce morceau de territoire. Chacun \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re, a particip\u00e9 activement \u00e0 la co cr\u00e9ation de cet \u00e9quipement qui viendra compl\u00e9ter le&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<em>carr\u00e9 magique culturel madeleinois<\/em>\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped
