Comment y d\u00e9finir de nouveaux usages qui persistent dans le temps&nbsp;? Comment maintenir ce lieu pour qu\u2019il ne soit plus d\u00e9grad\u00e9&nbsp;? L\u2019association locale&nbsp;<em>Berkem Label<\/em>, les habitants du quartier et la ville de&nbsp;<em>La Madeleine&nbsp;<\/em>r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent ensemble sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ce terrain. Avec le collectif de designers&nbsp;<em>Les Gens G\u00e9niaux<\/em>, ils organisent des ateliers pour faire s\u2019exprimer les envies des riverains et d\u00e9velopper le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Totem de paroles des habitants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La Renou\u00e9e quelle gal\u00e8re, oui mais quelle est belle&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Un jardin \u00e0 la sauvage, calme et p\u00e9dagogique&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Des plantes aromatiques \u00e7a serait bien&nbsp;\u00bb&#8230; le second atelier de co-cr\u00e9ation met en place des retours des habitants et des symboles graphiques sous forme de totem color\u00e9s in-situ qui informent les passants sur le devenir du site et cr\u00e9ent une premi\u00e8re appropriation des lieux. La suite du projet&nbsp;? Prototyper \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle 1 les projets des habitants&nbsp;: un chemin balis\u00e9, de nouveaux bacs, un point de vue, une aire pour chien, etc. Et partager l\u2019initiative pour provoquer des am\u00e9nagements \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res ou p\u00e9rennes&nbsp;: une guinguette saisonni\u00e8re est d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 en projet par la mairie&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
