Le \u00ab&nbsp;Nest&nbsp;(Nid)\u00bb est un incubateur socioculturel g\u00e9ant de 6700 m2 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pendant 12 mois en l&rsquo;utilisation temporaire de l&rsquo;ancien b\u00e2timent de la Biblioth\u00e8que centrale de la ville par le collectif avec \u00ab\u00a0Stadslabo\u00a0\u00bb (Laboratoire urbain) form\u00e9 de 30 initiatives citoyennes locales en collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Concevoir une m\u00e9thodologie de jumelage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces cas sont le r\u00e9sultat du design progressif de l&rsquo;approche de \u2018matchmaking\u2019 REFILL, un moyen de mettre en relation les candidats \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation temporaire avec diff\u00e9rents services des administrations municipales. Ils apprennent \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre, d\u00e9couvrent les besoins des uns et des autres et lancent peut-\u00eatre de nouvelles collaborations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cartographie des initiatives citoyennes de la ville et identification d&rsquo;un premier \u00e9chantillon \u00e0 inviter pour le pilote ; de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, identification parmi les services de l&rsquo;administration de la ville susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les initiatives propos\u00e9es ; organisation d&rsquo;une premi\u00e8re rencontre entre les deux pour faire connaissance ; approfondissement de cette connaissance mutuelle par des visites de groupes crois\u00e9s ; enfin, un atelier de \u2018matchmaking\u2019 tr\u00e8s structur\u00e9 : r\u00e9union entre deux services d&rsquo;initiative en mode \u00ab\u00a0speed-dating\u00a0\u00bb, construction d&rsquo;un sc\u00e9nario de collaboration hypoth\u00e9tique, \u00e9valuation de sa probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;occurrence et de sa pertinence pour les deux parties REFILL les partenaires de la ville ont co-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette m\u00e9thodologie, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e et am\u00e9lior\u00e9e \u00e0 Cluj, Poznan et Gand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RENOUVELER la ville&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>REFILL the city est un r\u00e9seau de villes partenaires du plan d&rsquo;action URBACT comprenant Amersfoort, Ath\u00e8nes, Br\u00eame, Cluj, Gand (chef de file), Helsinki, Nantes, Ostrava, Poznan et Riga. Son objectif pour 3 ans entre 2015 et 2018 \u00e9tait d&rsquo;unir les villes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es avec l&rsquo;utilisation temporaire et de d\u00e9velopper des outils en cons\u00e9quence, tels que la l\u00e9gislation, les fonds, les outils financiers, les agences, les r\u00e9seaux, les plateformes num\u00e9riques, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
