De mani\u00e8re \u00e0 conserver la valeur nutritive naturelle des aliments. Dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement, environ 70 % de tous les d\u00e9chets alimentaires se produisent dans les exploitations agricoles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les termes du rapport de 2019 de la Commission Lancet, un changement radical est urgent et n\u00e9cessaire dans notre syst\u00e8me alimentaire. Le Covid-19 a soulign\u00e9 cette n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, notamment avec la fermeture des fronti\u00e8res nationales, des usines et des routes vers les magasins, laissant des aliments frais enferm\u00e9s. Beaucoup de produits frais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9s, ou au mieux remis en terre. On estime que 40 % de tous les aliments cultiv\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9s. De nombreux petits agriculteurs ne peuvent ou ne veulent plus continuer \u00e0 produire de la nourriture, car, d&rsquo;un point de vue \u00e9conomique, cela n&rsquo;a aucun sens. Alors que dans les villes, la demande alimentaire continue de cro\u00eetre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Collaboration collective en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;alimentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet, qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires, d\u00e9marre dans une ferme d&rsquo;Asie du Sud-Est. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une collaboration entre multiples parties prenantes, rassemblant diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;expertises tout au long de la cha\u00eene agroalimentaire, allant du local au r\u00e9gional. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un processus orient\u00e9 design, les diverses parties prenantes se r\u00e9unissent pour co-cr\u00e9er des solutions culturellement pertinentes et \u00e9conomiquement viables, telles que le cuiseur solaire SolSource de One Earth Designs ou les s\u00e9choirs solaires de serre, qui renforcent \u00e0 la fois les connaissances et les capacit\u00e9s. Le projet explore le r\u00f4le de la technologie comme moyen de soutenir les agriculteurs, leurs communaut\u00e9s, la croissance d&rsquo;une alimentation de qualit\u00e9 et des relations saines au sein de la cha\u00eene alimentaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introduire des productions de petites capacit\u00e9s dans les communaut\u00e9s et la mise en relation de diverses sources alimentaires avec les d\u00e9taillants peuvent am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des aliments qui arrivent dans nos villes et, surtout, la qualit\u00e9 de vie des communaut\u00e9s locales responsables de ces sources alimentaires. En outre, cela peut permettre d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les d\u00e9chets alimentaires au niveau des exploitations agricoles et de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les sols pour une croissance continue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet d\u00e9veloppe des collaborations, de l&rsquo;expertise, des exp\u00e9riences et des connaissances, \u00e0 travers une approche de conception, afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 locale et sa connectivit\u00e9 pour permettre le flux d&rsquo;aliments nutritifs de la ferme \u00e0 la ville.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\"
