O\u00f9 re\u00e7oivent-elles leurs quotidiennement des nouvelles, les actualit\u00e9s et les informations importantes ? De quelles ressources cette population pourrait-elle avoir besoin pendant et apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie ? La majorit\u00e9 des personnes qui ont acc\u00e8s aux services de courrier de&nbsp;<em>Neighbors Together<\/em>finissent par devoir parcourir de longues distances pour atteindre l\u2019organisation. Ce projet envisage d&rsquo;utiliser l\u2019emplacement central avantageux des Brooklyn Public Libraries en permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un service d&rsquo;adresse locale temporaire, afin de recevoir des ressources gouvernementales, des informations, du courrier personnel&#8230; Il envisage \u00e9galement de construire une communaut\u00e9 plus large, en cr\u00e9ant un sentiment d&rsquo;unit\u00e9 pour les personnes sans domicile fixe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co-cr\u00e9ation du service&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des recherches approfondies, la proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e dans le cadre d&rsquo;un atelier de design interactif et collaboratif, regroupant un ensemble assez divers de participants, dont un d\u00e9fenseur des droits du logement, des designers de services, des professionnels universitaires et des \u00e9tudiants en design de services civiques. Lors du design du service, ils ont abord\u00e9 des questions relatives \u00e0 l&rsquo;espace, au service, au syst\u00e8me et \u00e0 son interaction. ESPACE : \u00c0 quoi ressemble l&rsquo;espace physique imagin\u00e9 qui permet de cr\u00e9er ce service ? S&rsquo;agit-il de bo\u00eetes aux lettres personnelles dans une salle de courrier ou de casiers ? Quel est le moyen le plus simple d&rsquo;organiser et de distribuer le courrier entrant ? SERVICE : Quelles sont les agences ou les parties prenantes qui doivent \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9es et travailler ensemble pour permettre ce service ? SYST\u00c8ME : \u00c0 quels types de services d&rsquo;urgence peuvent-ils donner acc\u00e8s par le biais des BPL ? INTERACTION : \u00c0 quoi ressemblerait le syst\u00e8me de notification qui informe les clients qu&rsquo;ils ont du courrier ?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
