La municipalit\u00e9 d\u2019Armenti\u00e8res conclut un accord avec la MEL et le Conseil d\u00e9partemental, pour disposer du site pour son projet de cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un p\u00f4le administratif d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la culture et \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9. L\u2019atelier&nbsp;<strong><em>Polygraphik<\/em><\/strong>travaille sur un projet global : nom, identit\u00e9 visuelle, signal\u00e9tique, mobilier d\u2019accueil du public. L\u2019enjeu principal est de rassembler des services administratifs et des associations dont les activit\u00e9s &#8211; qui s\u2019\u00e9tendent du social au culturel &#8211; sont compl\u00e9mentaires pour les usagers b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires&nbsp;:<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Logement, sant\u00e9, pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, aides sociales, aides \u00e0 la personne&#8230; retrouvez toutes les prestations sociales en un seul site !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le pari d\u2019un accueil mutualis\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du nom et du logo, la Cit\u00e9 se d\u00e9finit par la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019accueil des usagers&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous allons pouvoir accueillir les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires dans des locaux adapt\u00e9s et mutualis\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em>&nbsp; La signal\u00e9tique du site hi\u00e9rarchise et harmonise les informations pour que la cit\u00e9 soit une seule entit\u00e9 coh\u00e9rente et pour permettre le d\u00e9placement en autonomie de l\u2019ensemble des personnes intervenants sur le site (usagers, salari\u00e9s, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles&#8230;). Du graphisme appliqu\u00e9 sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des b\u00e2timents aux formes des mobiliers de l\u2019espace d\u2019accueil, le projet de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de design est construit autour d\u2019un assemblage de formes et de couleurs qui se combinent en harmonie tout en gardant leur sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 et leur caract\u00e8res distinctifs. Il fait \u00e9chos aux d\u00e9fis que repr\u00e9sente&nbsp;<em>Trait d\u2019union<\/em>pour ses futurs occupants&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Ce changement nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur les services que nous proposons, et pourquoi pas essayer d&rsquo;\u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaire avec les autres occupants du site&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;; \u00ab&nbsp;Il nous faudra changer nos habitudes de travail mais le Service public n&rsquo;en sera que renforc\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
