Its&nbsp;aimis to strengthen and stimulate the development of&nbsp;city centrebusinesses throughdesign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3&nbsp;formsof action are explored and&nbsp;experimentedwithinthe 4 cities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>DESIGN&rsquo;IN SHOP encourages collaboration between&nbsp;merchantsand design professionals in order to&nbsp;enhancebusiness&nbsp;competitiveness,&nbsp;such asrearrangingdisplaywindows, reorganising&nbsp;retailspace,&nbsp;promoting the establishment\u2019svisibility or&nbsp;through the integration ofa creative&nbsp;process.<\/li><li>POP\u2019IN STORE&nbsp;deals withthe&nbsp;provision,forartisans-designers, of temporary&nbsp;retailspacesalternating betweenthe 4 cities,in order to test their activity on the other side of the border.<\/li><li>DESIGN&rsquo;IN TOWN aims to enhance urban spacesby responding to issues&nbsp;previously&nbsp;identified by users. The&nbsp;goalis to attract citizens to the city centre, whether they are residents, potential&nbsp;local shops\u2019&nbsp;customers or tourists.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Cross the borders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DESIGN IN is part of the European INTERREG programs,aimed at promoting cooperation between European regions and the development of\u00a0jointsolutions\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0economic developmentfield.\u00a0Thus collaboration\u00a0developson various\u00a0levels between\u00a0the stakeholders of each territory:\u00a0municipalservices,\u00a0city-centremanagement associations, businesses, designers, merchant associations, neighbourhood associations, student associations, etc. But above all,the project\u00a0enhances\u00a0exchange between cities by\u00a0sharingthe merchants\u2019 experiences,\u00a0all the\u00a0different design practices and the best ways to use design as\u00a0a\u00a0developmentfactor\u00a0and\u00a0a tool for territory\u00a0attractiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
