Behind the initiative, lies the structure&nbsp;<em>Interm\u2019aide<\/em>, literally an \u2018intermediary association specialising in providing personnel to public and private employers\u2019.<em>Interval&nbsp;<\/em>organises&nbsp;<em>Integration workshops<\/em>, which serve as gateways to a return in professional life. It offers the possibility to embark on a personalised journey built on productive activity, training and socio-professional support. Since spring 2019,<em>Interval<\/em>has been harvesting a second plot near the Bocquiau farm.
