Une 30aine d’acteurs locaux sont venu s’inspirer de projets nationaux et \u00e9trangers et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble, pendant nos ateliers, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont nous pouvons rendre l\u2019alimentation des cantines bruxelloises plus durable. Le plan d\u2019action \u2018alimentation durable\u2019 sera nourri des id\u00e9es et suggestions exprim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Leefmilieu Brussel promoot reeds verschillende jaren duurzame voeding in grootkeukens. Op 18 september<\/strong>stelden we\u00a0 een stand van zaken voor evenals de resultaten van de benchmarkingsstudie \u2018Duurzame grootkeukens in het buitenland\u2019, uitgevoerd door Alimentation 21.<\/p>\n
