It is a beginning of better work to be done \u2013 it will upscale in the future. Land between houses is one example.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Benefits<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Biological diversity, binding hydrocarbon substances and dicrease greenhouse gases. We increase the species richness, we get more insects, butterflies etc.<\/p>\n<p>The growing is preferred to be ecological. The inhabitants that qrows stay close to home? Ride the bike and avoid to take the car, hopefully.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Pro and Contra<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The city and municipality via the politicians shows what values are important in Gothenburg, and what they (and the people) want.<\/li>\n<li>We gain a better environment to live in, a richer social life, what connect people, you re-learn forgotten skills.<\/li>\n<li>It is important that a huge city can continue to grow at the same time join varied and rich (green) nature. Some of the politicians don\u2019t want growth (buildings) everywhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contra: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The department in charge of this assignment (Real Estate department) don\u2019t have a long experience and yet don\u2019t exactly know how to administer and manage the task. \u201cWe got the task but don\u2019t know how to ask\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>What are the lessons learn to be used\/transferred\/implemented in the other partner cities?<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Don&#8217;t make administration to complex and complicated. The assignment should not be to difficult to achieve, let people get involved, and that they have the power to make changes in the society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Question to the network<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><\/em><strong>How can we bridge the gap between the political intention and the officials task what to do? <\/strong>In Sweden it often gets complicated and difficult.
