Even Bakke is a master chef at the Brunnsbo School in the north-eastern parts of Gothenburg. Bakke was one in a team of Swedish School Restaurants. In the competition the team was the only team of school-chefs. They made food with inspiration from Persia (Iran). At one point they competed against a Belgian chef-school. Their task was to serve a soap, one dish with meat, one vegetarian dish, and a dessert for 150 persons. Each portion should cost maximum 5 euro, and have healthy ingredients.
