Qui aurait l\u2019id\u00e9e de jeter ses mouchoirs usag\u00e9s dans son salon, ou un paquet de cigarettes dans son jardin&nbsp;? Pourtant ces incivilit\u00e9s sont encore fr\u00e9quentes dans l\u2019espace public. Justement parce qu\u2019il est public. Il n\u2019appartient \u00e0 personne en particulier. La propret\u00e9 urbaine repr\u00e9sente ainsi un enjeu majeur pour toutes les collectivit\u00e9s car elle refl\u00e8te l\u2019image que l\u2019on se fait d\u2019une ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, SUEZ vise un changement de paradigme dans le rapport aux collectivit\u00e9s et aux usagers&nbsp;c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de passer d\u2019une logique de moyens \u00e0 un engagement de r\u00e9sultat dans une logique collaborative rendant les habitants acteurs de leur quartier, de leur territoire.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un service public collaboratif<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019\u00e9cole de design ENSAV, La Cambre \u00e0 Bruxelles ont explor\u00e9 la probl\u00e9matique \u00e0 travers un micro-exercice&nbsp;: rendre plus visible l\u2019action des collectivit\u00e9s avec les m\u00eames pr\u00e9occupations de tri\/recyclage\/r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration que dans l\u2019univers domestique&nbsp;; mettre en valeur la poubelle dans l\u2019univers urbain, facile \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer de loin&nbsp;; d\u00e9velopper des services d\u2019aide \u00e0 la civilit\u00e9 comme une application-boussole pour rep\u00e9rer la poubelle la plus proche&nbsp;;
