Les immeubles neufs y c\u00f4toient l\u2019habitat ancien, lui donnant une identit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique, source d\u2019un dynamisme qui se r\u00e9f\u00e8re aussi au riche pass\u00e9 industriel des lieux. L\u2019espace peut-il favoriser le bien-vivre ensemble et devenir g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de lien social&nbsp;? Il consiste, par la pratique du co-design de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les habitants des r\u00e9sidences g\u00e9r\u00e9es par SERGIC, autour d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion commune sur le devenir de leur espace de vie. Cette d\u00e9marche&nbsp;met au centre la participation des habitants et affirme \u00ab&nbsp; la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019usage&nbsp;\u00bb, faisant des habitants les premiers experts de leur lieu de vie.Les \u00e9tudiants de design d\u2019espace ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9s par le designer Pierre-Mathieu Degruel pour imaginer des outils de m\u00e9diation et pour animer trois ateliers avec les habitants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mobiliers g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de rencontre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019issue des ateliers, des prototypes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour \u00eatre exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s sur le passage. L\u2019identit\u00e9 de ces mobiliers g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de rencontre s\u2019appuie sur le pass\u00e9 industriel textile du site.
