dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KQfaNz384zI\">vid\u00e9o<\/a>&nbsp;propos\u00e9e en introduction de l\u2019atelier prend \u00e0 t\u00e9moin les \u00e9tudiants de Parsons New School&nbsp;:&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;vous avez tous une \u00e9thique professionnelle mais comme elle n\u2019est pas formalis\u00e9e, elle reste floue. Nous avons voulu la rendre op\u00e9rationnelle&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Aye pr\u00e9sente son&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Gut Check&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> ou&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;check-list de ce qu\u2019on a dans les tripes&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> en 20 questions \u00e0 se poser avant de dire \u00ab&nbsp;oui, on fait ce projet \u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;non, on ne le fait pas \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">B\u00e9atrice Auxent qui repr\u00e9sente le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/fr\/2020\/09\/10\/cartographions-ensemble-les-cheminees-dusine\/\">POC Cartographie Participative des Chemin\u00e9es<\/a>&nbsp;insiste sur l\u2019importance de maintenir des contre-pouvoirs dans un engagement professionnel multiple qu\u2019elle illustre \u00e0 la fois en travaillant pour une administration territoriale et en \u00e9tant pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/fr\/2020\/09\/10\/raconter-les-souvenirs-pour-construire-lavenir\/\">association de quartier Berkem Label<\/a>&nbsp; qui class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construire un objectif partag\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Pour B\u00e9atrice Auxent toujours,&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;on doit poser collectivement un espace d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat commun au d\u00e9but de tout projet multi-partenarial&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> soit prendre le temps de discuter et construire entre les parties prenantes, ce qui doit constituer un objectif partag\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Georges Aye, pragmatique, utilise une phrase \u00e0 trous \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter avec le\/s commanditaire\/s&nbsp;: WE WANT&#8230;a person\/group of people&#8230;TO&#8230; new behavior&#8230; Par exemple, nous voulons que les enfants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire passent de mani\u00e8re plus fluide en secondaire&nbsp;; nous voulons que propri\u00e9taires et locataires pensent leur relation \u00e0 long terme, etc. La formulation collective de ce que l\u2019on pourrait appeler \u00ab&nbsp;une question de projet&nbsp;\u00bb, pendant de ce qu\u2019est une question de recherche pour une th\u00e8se, assure une forme de contrat explicite entre les parties collaboration avec l\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure des Arts D\u00e9coratifs se proposent \u00e0 travers le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/fr\/2020\/09\/11\/quest-ce-que-lon-fait-la-ou-il-ny-a-presque-rien\/\">POC M\u00e9tamorphoses Silencieuses<\/a>&nbsp;d\u2019explorer les \u00ab&nbsp;cold spot&nbsp;\u00bb du territoire soit les endroits oubli\u00e9s de la M\u00e9tropole de Lille.&nbsp;Anna Bernagozzi, professeure aux Arts D\u00e9co insiste sur un design qui part du territoire, de l\u2019\u00e9coute des habitants et qui se propose de reconstruire la r\u00e9silience des territoires en travaillant sur les interstices, les lieux laiss\u00e9s pour compte qui sont aussi des endroits de moindre tension et attention offrant plus de possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9inventer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">En \u00e9chos mais \u00e0 une toute autre \u00e9chelle, B\u00e9atrice Auxent qui pr\u00e9side aussi l\u2019association <a href=\"https:\/\/vivacites-hauts-de-france.org\">VivaCit\u00e9 Hauts-de-France<\/a>,&nbsp;un r\u00e9seau d\u2019acteurs pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 environnement urbain organise des conf\u00e9rences&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;sur le temps du midi, pour que les gens puissent participer sans avoir \u00e0 demander l\u2019accord de leur hi\u00e9rarchie&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Les interstices plus que le&nbsp;<em>prime-time<\/em>s sont propices \u00e0 restaurer la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une approche de \u00ab&nbsp;modestie et de s\u00e9rendipit\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00bb<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Audrey Alonso et Soumaya Nader du <a href=\"https:\/\/cargocollective.com\/poulp\">collectif&nbsp;<em>Poulp<\/em><\/a> expliquent comment, dans le cadre du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/fr\/2020\/07\/06\/tu-tes-perdue\/\">POC Les Tisserands<\/a>, une maison des associations \u00e0 Lomme, elles cherchent \u00e0&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;passer le pouvoir aux habitants&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;On rentre dans le PMU. Au d\u00e9but les gens nous snobent un peu mais on commence \u00e0 discuter avec eux et seulement apr\u00e8s on parle de l\u2019enqu\u00eate que l\u2019on est en train de faire&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Pour nous, comme nous le d\u00e9veloppons dans le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainable-everyday-project.net\/ville-collaborative\/fr\/2020\/09\/07\/acupuncture-de-design\/\">catalogue de la Maison POC Ville Collaborative<\/a>&nbsp;, cette approche participe d\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;Acuponcture de Design&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: de l\u2019analyse m\u00e9ticuleuse de tous ces points d\u2019acuponcture du territoire \u00e9mergent une quinzaine de lignes de force d\u2019une ville plus collaborative. L\u2019approche est structurellement \u00ab&nbsp;bottom-up&nbsp;\u00bb. En m\u00eame temps, la carte met \u00e0 plat les diff\u00e9rentes contributions.
