Populating the actors map with close friends, friends and others
This morning the policy lab core team began populating the actors map (people that will be or should be involved at some stage of the project). We started to identify ‘close friends’, ‘friends’ and ‘others’ . The intention is to invite our close friends and friends to the Pecha Kucha sessions, while the ‘others’ should be invovled progressively as we gain more confidence on the topic and the direction of the project.
We reminded the rest of the unit to start suggesting some names as well.
