Unit meeting – Sharing and enriching the project
To follow the core-group morning meeting, the Unit group gathered to discuss the directions that were elaborated during the morning session. The Core team presented what has been done during the morning, both the global program (the 4 onsite sessions) and the stakeholders map. It has been decided that the topic should be explored in a different way than a regular literature review… to do so, the team agreed on starting with a collective pecha-kucha presentation.
A what ? A pecha-kucha is a presentation format of 20 slides and 20 seconds per slide. Each presentation lasts 6min40. 10 to 15 speakers focus on exploring the topic of “social change in an hyperconnected era” through surprising examples/cases/situations/initiatives/projects/findings… The idea is to keep the subject wide open (and even blowing up) before narrowing it down like we usually do. Based on everyone’s intuition, the pecha-kucha will provide everyone with a wide, varied and inspiring data and reflections on the subject.
