Focus on Growing, Delivering and Enjoying
We have chosen to approach urban food system from three angles in our workshops, reports and Local Action plans:
- GROWING and producing food in the city, in gardens, in parks, on rooftops, on balconies, on derelict lands…
- DELIVERING food stuffs in a more sustainable and less carbon intensive way;
- ENJOYING more sustainable food in canteens & households.
