LAP Progress & Challenges (1/2): Five partner cities presented in plenary the state of the art of their LAP, the progress they have made since the last meeting in Lyon, the challenge they still encounter and the roadmap they envision to finalize their LAP and get it approved.

Communication, deliverables and final conference: Update on the final Thematic reports, proposal on the content of the final Handbook, update on the Final Conference in Athens.

LAP Progress & Challenges (2/2): The last five partner cities presented in plenary the state of the art of their LAP, the progress they have made since the last meeting in Lyon, the challenge they still encounter and the roadmap they envision to finalize their LAP and get it approved.

Local communication and dissemination event: Participants make posters on the spot on the local communication process in their cities, hang them on the wall, walk around, discuss them informally and vote with sticky dots on which particular communication action they would like to know more about. The posters should focus: “How can we use URBACT process to support local communication and dissemination? In particular how can we touch and engage the whole population beyong ULSG and sustainable food communities?”

In-depth & focus: The 5 most voted aspects of the LAP presented in the 2 previous ‘Progress & Challenges’ session get 15 more minutes to present more in-depth and/or focus elements of their LAP. The 5 most voted communication actions gets 10 min. to present more in-depth these communication action and/or answer to participants’ questions.
